This appointment is the first step to our comprehensive 12 month membership, however there is no obligation to proceed with the membership.

This 90 minute appointment with Dr. Jones, Nurse Practitioner, provides the space and time for you to feel heard as well as fully understand your comprehensive plan.

A thorough lab review will be conducted discussing nutritional deficiencies, hormone imbalances, inflammation and more.

Enhanced Support

Included in the assessment is a follow-up appointment with our wellness coach to help you take actionable steps towards achieving sustainable lifestyle changes.

Looks at imbalances in both your internal and external environments:
Internal environment: Nutrient Status, Inflammation, Gut health, Detoxification, Genetic predisposition, Digestion
External Environment: Sleep quality, Activity level, Type of diet/Quality of food, Network of support – relationships, Stress management, Mental health, Toxic burden (Quality of home care products, Quality of personal care products), Home and work building environments (Mold, Electromagnetic frequencies Sunlight, Quality of Water)

*Please note: Your journey begins with onboarding and a lab draw (typically completed within 1-2 weeks). Due to current scheduling and lab analysis timelines, your Foundational Assessment will be held 10-12 weeks from your purchase date.

**Please Note: Lab testing costs are separate from the assessment fee. These can be paid directly via Rupa Health (Quest Diagnostics) or billed to your insurance (Lab Corp).

*** To ensure your symptoms and lab data remain clinical relevant, appointments must be conducted within 180 days (6 months) of purchase.

Upon completion of your Foundational Assessment, Dr. Jones, Nurse Practitioner, will discuss with you what she believes is contributing to your symptoms and may offer advanced testing and support in the form of our year long membership plan.
